Hair, the tragicomedy

it's not a good sign when I have a paper tomorrow and the biggest worry in my head is my hair. but to be fair, it has turned into quite a problem and right now i look as if i have a muskrat hat permanently fixed to my head. and it is not pretty.

so i have finally come to face the fact that hair that grows as fast as mine is just not meant to be maintained as short hair unless i get a bigger paycheck each month (lets hope one of my directors is reading this). therefore i have reluctantly decided that long will be the way to go until i start earning more.

also, last weekend at a gig when my hippie friend Pretty Boy was headbanging quite vigorously with his long curls (the best curls i've seen on anyone so far) flying all over the place, i kind of missed my long hair.

and if those are not reason enough, i've been reduced to wearing hair clips, half pony tails, etc which make me look ridiculously juvenile and more moronic than usual. so despite many misgivings, i'm saying goodbye to my boyish rock chick phase. hopefully this time my hair decides to grow wavy rather than dead straight.

in case you're wondering, i do realize i wrote an entire post about pretty much nothing.
